Ingrédients

3 Ibs chuck roast, 2 inch chunks

3 Guajillo peppers

2 ancho peppers

1 medium onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, chopped

8 oz tomato sauce

1 tosp cumin

1 tosp oregano

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2-3 cups of broth or water

2 bay leaves

3-4 whole cloves

1 cinnamon stick

Instructions

Sear the seasoned meat on high. Lower the heat and sauté onions, garlic and peppers. Deglaze with apple cider vinega Pour in tomato sauce and spices along with the meat and broth. Add a bay leaf, cinnamon stick & 3 whole cloves. Slow cook for 4-6 hours or pressure cook for 45 min.
