For the Chicken
1 ½ lbs (680g) chicken breast, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp (28g) olive oil
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Potatoes
1 ½ lbs (680g) baby gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
1 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Cucumber-Tomato Salad
1 large cucumber, diced (250g)
1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
1 cup (227g) non-fat Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1 tsp cilantro paste
1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
½ tsp salt
