Apple Cream Pie

2/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups chopped apples
1-9 inch unbaked pie shell
Topping:
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Instructions
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add sour cream and then apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle topping on top. Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
