Cranberry, Apple, and Ginger Sauce
1 lb cranberries
1 1/2 c sugar
2 granny smith apples
2 1/4 T ginger
1 1/2 c water
3 T cider vin
1 T orange zest
Cook, bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 10 mins.
Can use for pork chop and turkey salad.
