Key Lime Pie

9 inch baked pie shell
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1/4 cup of lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 cup of milk
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan. Add butter, lemon rind, lemon juice, and egg yolks. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat stirring until thick. Cool. Fold in sour cream. Spoon into baked shell. Chill at least two hours.
