白酒燉煮雞肉寬麵/White wine marinated Chicken soup

Ingrédients

2 Chicken breast

salt

29 Grams white wine

1 White onion

2 carrot

1/4 cabbage

1L chicken stock

200ML white wine

4 tbsp soy sauce

pepper

Instructions

Cut chicken on a bias and marinade with salt and white wine

Cut all the vegetables, slice carrots and onions. Cabbage into chunks

Boil chicken stock and cook carrot and onion until soft then add cabbage

Add white wine and chicken.

Add soy sauce and pepper and cook until chicken is done.
