Ingrédients

Cook broth/stock separate from veggies

Cook veggies separately in oil and spices; combine in pot them both are done

Put in ice bath to cool; label and lid canbros

Beet soup with diced beets, onion. Celery, pureed mashed potatoes and beets mixed into soup, water, spices, bay leaves, cayenne, red wine vinegar for a garnish

Tomato basil soup and tomato fennel soups get croutons

Minestrone gets chopped green onions

Watch ratio of broth to solids; not too thick and not too thin

Salt each time I throw in veggies
