Mashed Cauliflower

Ingrédients

40oz. Riced Cauliflower (frozen bags)

3 tbsp. Butter

4 tbsp. Cream Cheese

1/2c. Sour Cream

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

Microwave riced cauliflower and let cool a little bit while straining

Once cool enough to handle, squeeze as much water out as possible using a kitchen towel (and maybe the strainer)

Combine cooled, squeezed riced cauliflower with butter, cream cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Using either an immersion blender, or mixing stand with paddle attachment, blend until smooth.

Notes

Do NOT use blender. Not enough moisture to get proper movement in gravity feed style blender.
