Cripsy Sriracha Honey Gnocchi

Ingrédients

  • X1 pack gnocchi

  • X 50g sriracha

  • X3 gloves minced garlic

  • X1 tbsp light soy sauce

  • X1 teaspoon of gochujang

  • X1 tbsp honey

  • X3 spring onions

  • Serve with veg of choice (we used courgette)

Instructions

  1. Coat gnocchi in oil & Korean chilli flakes and air fry on 180 for 15 mins or until desired crispiness

  2. Fry courgette and whites of the spring onions

  3. Mix all sauce ingredients together and combine with the gnocchi and the veg in the frying pan

  4. Serve with greens of spring onions and toasted sesame seeds
