Ingrédients

Here’s how I make it:

Dressing:

Mix:

1/2 cup mayo

1 tsp banana pepper juice

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

I just add to a jar and shake it up! Easy to mix, and save extra dressing for your next salad 😊

Salad:

Chop and mix:

1 head romaine

banana peppers

red onion

turkey

salami

prosciutto

tomato

provolone

I don’t measure anything for the salad - just toss in whatever feels right!

Instructions

Mix in your dressing, top with freshly grated parm, and enjoy!

This has been on repeat lately for lunch and I have no complaints ✌
