3-ingredient Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz / 397g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
Instructions
Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form (a hand mixer works fine).
Mix the condensed milk with vanilla bean paste (or extract). Paste gives those flecks and deeper flavor.
Gently fold into whipped cream.
Pour into a loaf pan, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
