Creamy Korean Ramen

1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp gochujang paste
1 tsp Korean chilli flakes
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup veg stock
ramen noodles
chilli oil
fresh chives
crispy onion
sesame seeds
nori sheets
crushed peanuts
Instructions
mix up the broth, with the hot veg stock going in last.
add your cooked ramen noodles, top with the garnishes then serve and enjoy x
