Ingrédients

2 large pitted dates

1/3 cup skim milk to soak + 2/3rd for serving

1 tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

1 shot espresso or 2 tsp instant coffee mixed with 2 tbsp hot water

Instructions

Soak dates with 1/4 cup skim milk for 10 mins.

Blend with vanilla and Salt.

Mix with instant coffee.

Fill a tall glass with ice and remaining milk.

Top with the caramel, mix well and enjoy! 😋
