Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls

Ingrédients

180g raw or cooked shrimp

3-6 rice paper wrappers (1 or 2 per roll)

2 scallions, finely sliced

Dipping Sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tsp honey (or monkfruit)

1/4 tsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp water

Instructions

Toss shrimp with scallions.

Soak 2 rice papers together or 1 rice paper alone(depending on if you're doing single or double wrapped) in warm water for 3 min, remove, add filling, and roll tightly. Repeat for all 3 rolls.

Gently brush some oil on the plate and on the rolls so they don’t stick

Steam for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked. (If using cooked shrimp, steam for ~3 min)

Serve with dipping sauce on the side
