Raspberry Scones

Ingrédients

2 cups all-purpose flour

⅓ cup granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

½ cup frozen butter, grated

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

⅓ cup heavy whipping cream

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 heaping cup fresh raspberries

GLAZE

1 cup powdered sugar

1-2 tbsp milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Whisk together dry ingredients

Grate frozen butter into dry mixture and cut in with a fork

Whisk yogurt, cream, egg and vanilla together separately

Fold wet ingredients and raspberries into dry just until large clumps form

Shape into 8-inch circle on floured surface, cut into 8 wedges

Bake 16-18 min until golden

Cool 10 min then drizzle with glaze
