2 c red wine vin
2 c shallots, finely diced
3 t salt
3/4 c dijon mustard
1 t freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 c parsley, finely chopped
8 c olive oil
Combine first 7 ingredients.
Whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
