Ingrédients

  • 1 lb beef

  • Red onion

  • Butter lettuce

  • Tomatoes

Beef marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • Minced garlic

  • Pepper

Onion dressing/marinade:

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar

  • 1/4 teaspoon (t) salt

  • 1 t. sugar

  • 1 t soy sauce

  • 1 t water

Instructions

  1. Cut into cubes

  2. Marinade meat for 15-30 min.

  3. Heat oil. Lay meat in one layer. Flip meat cubes one at a time. Do not stir fry.

  4. Marinade red onion: Cut 1/2 onion into really thin strips Marinade with onion dressing and set aside for 5 min.

  5. Make a salad bed (lettuce, cucumber, tomato).

  6. Add onion.

  7. Use vinegar sauce to dress the salad.

  8. Top with cooked beef

  9. Serve with rice
