Ingrédients

Ingredients to serve 2:⁣

Mini tortilla wraps (4)⁣

Chicken breast (200g)⁣

Onion (1)⁣

Peppers (1)⁣

Passata (400g)⁣

Tomato puree (2tbsp)⁣

Nandos sauce (2tbsp)⁣

Grated mozzarella (60g)⁣

Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, peri peri seasoning ⁣

Garlic puree (1tsp)⁣

Optional toppings: nandos sweet chilli jam⁣

Wrap the chicken breasts in tinfoil and airfry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, once cooked pull apart with 2 forks ⁣

Chop up the onions and pepppers. Add to a frying pan along with the garlic puree, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt and peri peri seasoning ⁣

Fry for a few minutes until browned then add in the passata, tomato puree, nandos sauce and a few tbsp of water, simmer for a few minutes until thickened ⁣

Next, add in the shredded chicken and mix together ⁣

To an oven proof dish, layer the chicken mixture with the tortilla wraps like a lasagne. Finally top with the grated cheese and grill for a few minutes until crispy anddd thats it! ⁣
