Ingredients to serve 2:
Mini tortilla wraps (4)
Chicken breast (200g)
Onion (1)
Peppers (1)
Passata (400g)
Tomato puree (2tbsp)
Nandos sauce (2tbsp)
Grated mozzarella (60g)
Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, peri peri seasoning
Garlic puree (1tsp)
Optional toppings: nandos sweet chilli jam
Wrap the chicken breasts in tinfoil and airfry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, once cooked pull apart with 2 forks
Chop up the onions and pepppers. Add to a frying pan along with the garlic puree, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt and peri peri seasoning
Fry for a few minutes until browned then add in the passata, tomato puree, nandos sauce and a few tbsp of water, simmer for a few minutes until thickened
Next, add in the shredded chicken and mix together
To an oven proof dish, layer the chicken mixture with the tortilla wraps like a lasagne. Finally top with the grated cheese and grill for a few minutes until crispy anddd thats it!
