2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tbsp fresh ginger

2 cups sliced shiitake mushrooms

about 3 cups veggie slaw

¼ cup gluten-free tamari or low-sodium soy sauce

2 tsp agave (or honey, sugar, or monk fruit)

2 tsp sriracha

½ tbsp rice vinegar

8 oz salmon, cut into 9 strips

9 rice paper wrappers

Warm water for softening
