The Best Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins

Ingrédients

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup sour cream

1/3 cup milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 cups blueberries

For the Streusel Topping:

3 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Pre-heat your oven to 400.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter & sugar for 2 minutes.

3. Once fully combined, add in 1 egg at a time & mix again.

4. Then add vanilla, sour cream, and milk. Mix again. Set aside.

5. In a smaller bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, & salt.

6. Gently fold the dry batter into the wet batter.

7. Gently fold in the blueberries – overmixing can cause bleeding

8. Scoop into a lined muffin pan.

9. Combine all of the ingredients for the streuesel

topping & generously coat each muffin

10. Bake according to muffin size:

Mini muffins: 15-18 minutes

Standard muffins: 24-26 minutes

Large muffins: 32-35 minutes
