Blueberry Shell Pie

Ingrédients

1 cooked pie shell

1 qt blueberries

1 c sugar

1 c water

2 tbsp flour

Optional: vanilla ice cream for topping

Instructions

Cook 1 cup blueberries in 3/4 cup water over medium low heat until berries are split.

Stir flour into 1/4 c water, and add to blueberries while they are cooking.

Continue cooking until a sauce forms, remove from heat and stir in remaining blueberries.

Pour into pre-cooked pie shell and cool or serve warm, with ice cream on top.
