Juice of 1 lime

1 packet taco seasoning (or any seasoning of choice)

Queso sauce:

200g 2% cottage cheese

75g fat free greek yogurt

4 tablespoons salsa

2 tablespoons red enchilada sauce

Garlic powder & salt to taste

4 tablespoons pico de gallo

50g reduced fat cheese

50g fat free cheddar

8 low carb burrito tortillas
