Ingrédients

Here’s the recipe:

1 can of lager (this is 340g, I used Budweiser in the video)

455g flour (in the video i used Caputo Super Nuvola, so hopefully I say that in the video. Not sure if we need to specify in the caption unless I don’t say it in the video)

12g salt

2.3g instant yeast

2.3g olive oil
