Easy Chicken Pasta

To make two:
180g dry weight spaghetti
1 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts
1 handful cherry tomatoes
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp paprika, garlic salt, oregano, onion powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
60g reduced fat soft cheese
1 @m&s white wine flavour pot
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 tsp dried parsley to garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees c.
In a pan, begin boiling your pasta as per packet instructions.
In an oven dish, add in the oil and chicken breast, seasoning on both sides. Then, add in the tomatoes and lemon juice. In a jug, mix together the white wine flavour pot, boiling water and soft cheese until dissolved and pour over.
Sprinkle over the Parmesan and bake in the oven for around 25 mins until the chicken is totally cooked through.
Serve your pasta and the chicken then pour over the sauce!
