High Protein Meal Prep Buffalo Ranch

370 Cals, 39g Protein ,11g Fat, 35g Carbs per meal)

Fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months

600g raw diced chicken breast

season with Tbsp garlic, tbsp paprika , tbsp parsley, black pepper & tbsp olive oil ‼️

Instructions

mix together & cook for 10 minutes on high heat 🔥

then add:

80g hot buffalo sauce

20g honey

Stir together and add parsley for more flavour

Then for the mac n cheese, on medium heat:

Add 15g light butter

Tbsp garlic 🧄

80g Hot Sauce 🔥

90g low fat cream cheese 🧀

20g cheddar cheese🧀

500g cooked macaroni

Stir together until nice and creamy

Add equal portions to meal prep containers !!
