Disability-friendly Salmon Alfredo Lasagna

Ingrédients

1/2 lb lasagna sheets

1 - 15oz jar Alfredo sauce

2 pouches or 1 can of salmon

1 cup frozen chopped broccoli

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp parsley

1/2 tsp basil

1/4 tsp black pepper

Prepare seasoning mix. Use edge of counter to break lasagna, if necessary to fit your pan and air fryer.

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F.

Layer sauce, lasagna, salmon, cheese, and broccoli. Be sure to add seasoning to salmon and broccoli. Be sure that the alfredo sauce is touching the lasagna and be liberal with the Alfredo sauce. The sauce is necessary to cook the raw pasta.

Cover with foil and cook in preheated air fryer for 30 minutes, or until the lasagna is fully cooked.

Rest in the air fryer, undisturbed for 15 minutes.

Add cheese and continue cooking, uncovered 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
