🥖 WHIPPING CREAM LOAF BREAD

A soft, fluffy bread made rich with cream — perfect for toast, sandwiches, or enjoying plain

đź§ľ Ingredients:

• Milk – ½ cup (125 ml)

• Whipping cream – ⅓ cup (60 g)

• Egg – 1

• Sugar – ⅛ cup (25 g)

• Instant yeast – ½ tbsp

• Bread flour – 2½ cups (315 g) (or all-purpose flour)

• Salt – ¼ tsp

• Butter – 30 g (2½ )

Instructions

Mix, dough hook, add butter once dough balls. Rise. Knock back. Divide and roll out flat. Roll into logs and put in a bread pan together to prove double. Egg Wash. Bake
