Spicy Mac & Cheese Chicken Pasta

Ingredients for one:
120g of raw chicken breast
1/2 red pepper; sliced
1/2 onion, slices
70g pasta (uncooked)
200ml of low fat milk e.g skimmed
100ml of chicken stock
15 light cheese
15g Greek protein yoghurt
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper and a pinch of paprika, salt , chilli, pepper and garlic
1 tsp of tomato purée
Optional : basil on top
Instructions
Fry the chicken, onion and pepper in some seasoning listed above
Cook the pasta according to the instructions
Once chicken is golden brown, add the stock, milk, pasta, tomato purée, yoghurt and cheese. Stir on a low heat until it thickens slightly
