1 lb ground beef
1 onion - chopped
3 cloves garlic- chopped
green olives with pimiento - chopped 1/4 cup
raisins - a hand full
3 potatoes - white -chopped
¼ bottle dry white wine
salt, cumin, rosemary
Instructions
Brown the meat in a frying pan. When browned add all ingredients. Cook on med / low heat for about 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile cook white rice. Serve together.
Notes
Cook onions first until they’re translucent, then put meat in to brown
