4 cups grated Colby jack cheese

1 cup small diced onions

4 hot dogs

1 cup room temperature garlic butter

For the chili

1/2 pound ground beef

1/2 diced white onion

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 cup tomato sauce

1/4 cup tomato paste

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup beef stock
