The Easiest Pizza Ever You Have to Make

Ingrédients

500g Ap flour

14g salt

375g warm water

1/4 tsp yeast

Mix till shaggy dough. Cover with plastic wrap leave overnight at room temperature.

Next day divide into to 4 and form into balls and rest till oin a covered tray.

Put baking stone in oven at highest temp for 30 mins before cooking. I could use the round flat cast iron plate ? During that time make toppings.

Make toppings.

Form doughballs into shape with pressing, stretching and turning.

Topping 1

All in a Food blender

790g tin peeled tomatoes minus the liquid

3 cloves garlic

60ml olive oil

Salt to taste

Blend until pureed

Use about 3tbsp per pizza

Top with mozzarella cheese or other

A few basil leaves

Topping 2 also in blender

5 cloves garlic

45g pinenuts... sub cashews?

45g parmesan grated

50g fresh basil

Splash of water.

Blend. Once vortexing in blender drizzle in

120ml olive oil

Transfer to a bowl

Season tt with salt

Assemble pizza ...spread basil sauce, top with mozzarella and presuntso sliced sundried tomato

Cook then drizzle olive oil and black pepper.

Topping 3

112g Bacon diced or pancheta with

24g olive oil. Fry medium low till golden brown

Increase heat and add

5 sliced garlic cloves

2tsp red pepper flakes

Sauté till fragrant add

26g tomato pastecook down

Deglaze with 2tbsp vodka

Boil medium high 2 mins add

397g can crushed Tom's

Simmer till thickened add

120ml heavy cream

Simmer and reduce. stt with s&p

Spread over pizza, top with grated cheese, thick sliced pepperoni, bake
