It’s A Wonderful Fizz

Ingrédients

• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup • 2 oz spruce-infused gin • ¼ oz allspice dram • 1 oz lemon juice • ¾ oz festive cranberry syrup • 1 medium egg white • soda water

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients except the soda water in a shaker and dry-shake without ice for 8-10 seconds • Add a large ice cube and shake very well • Double strain into a glass and top with soda water • Garnish with fresh cranberries
