I had to give this a try and WOW! I am totally obsessed! This cottage cheese bread is light, fluffy, buttery (without the butter), and packed with protein! Whether you eat it by itself or as a sandwich, it will not disappoint!

You’ll need:

1 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites)

1 cup water

1 cup cottage cheese (I used organic, whole milk)

Instructions

Mix egg white powder with water until stiff peaks form.

Blend cottage cheese.

Fold cottage cheese into the egg white mixture.

Transfer mixture to a loaf pan.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
