Egg Roll Bowl

1 lb ground pork (beef, chicken or turkey work also)
1 bag coselaw mix
1/3 cup sliced green onions
3 eggs
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon siracha
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves
Mayo and siracha and sugar
Instructions
Brown pork in skillet breaking it up as it cooks. While meat is cooking, scramble eggs in another pan.
Once meat is cooked, add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar,siracha, garlic and ginger. Let cook a couple minutes.
Add coselaw mix, let cook a few minutes until softened. Add in eggs and green onions and stir. Taste, may need to add more vinegar, soy sauce, etc.
in small bowl add mayo, siracha and sugar to taste. Serve along side egg roll bowl.
