Bok Choy Soup

Ingrédients

1 tsp sesame oil

3 Bok Choy (Whites and Leaves Separated)

1/2 Onion

1-2 Garlic

1" Knob Ginger

3-4 Cup Chicken Stock

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Splash Fish Sauce (optional)

Splash Oyster Sauce (Optional)

Instructions

Chop the bok choy so that the whites and the leaves are separated and dice half an onion, garlic, and ginger

Throw all veggies except for the leaves into pan with sesame oil and cook until sweating

Pour broth in and season to taste

Optionally, add fish sauce, oyster sauce, and/or meat of your choice
