High Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes (Gluten Free)

Ingrédients

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 banana

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 egg

1 pinch sea salt

cinnamon (to taste)

1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.

Pour pancake batter into skillet. Once bubbles start to form on each pancake, flip and cook another few minutes.

Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
