Brown Butter Apple Bread

Ingrédients

1/2 cup butter

1 1/4 cup of flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 eggs

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups diced apples

Instructions

Brown the butter until it foams. Transfer to a cool dish. Brown butter creates a nutty flavor.

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl

Beat the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla together. Add the cooled butter.

Combine everything together, including the diced apples.

Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf.
