Crab Cakes

Ingrédients

1 can of crab meat

1/3 cup Mayo

1 tbs Dijon mustard

1 egg

8 Ritz crackers

1 tbs hot sauce

1 tbs Worcestershire

2 tbs Old Bay

2 tbs lemon pepper

Pepper

Fresh parsley

Lemon

seafood remoulade sauce (optional)

Instructions

Combine all the wet ingredients together first. Then add in parsley and crushed crackers. Mix. Next add in crab meat. Fold the ingredients together gently. Once mixed together form into the size crabcake you would like. Place on a baking dish and add a tablespoon of butter to the top of each crabcake. Set oven to broil and let it heat up. Add the crabcakes to the oven on broil for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve with remoulade sauce and lemon.
