3 medium sized carrots
2 large potatoes
2 sweet potatoes
Half an onion
8 large mushrooms
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
2 chicken breasts or 2 turkey cuts or 4 chicken legs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1/4 stick of butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°
2. Wash and cut the vegetables into large bite sized pieces
3. Arrange your protein on the middle of the tray
4. Place your vegetables around your protein to cover the entire tray in sections, so not mix them. Try to make it into a single layer.
5. Sprinkle with a bit of oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder and dot with small butter cubes.
6. Roast this on the middle rack for 40-50 minutes, or until brown.
