Costco chicken sausage (precooked)

Shaved Brussels sprouts (from TJs)

1/3 cup olive oil

Spices

Instructions

Oven at 425

Gnocchi first, well coated in olive oil, for ten minuyes

Then add coins of sausage for 10 more minutes

Then add shaved Brussels for 10 more minutes total

Dress with vinaigrette of lemon juice, olive oil, and TJ’s mustard aioli as emulsifier
