Rockstar Celery Salad

Ingrédients

1 shallot, sliced thin

1 lemon, juiced

4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Terra Delyssa

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

6 stalks celery, sliced on a bias

1 cup dates, chopped

1 cup parmigiana slivers

3/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

Soak sliced shallots in lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mix in olive oil.

Toss the remaining ingredients into a bowl and season with the shallot vinaigrette.

3.Toss again and adjust seasoning.

Serve with a smile.
