Korean Spicy BBQ Chicken Kbbq

Ingrédients

- 2 pounds of boneless chicken thigh

Marinade:

- 2-3 tbsp of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)

- 1tbsp sugar

- 3 tbsp soy sauce

- 2 tbsp of rice wine or white wine

- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 tbsp maesil chung or pineapple juice

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/4 of an onion grated

- 2 tbsp minced garlic

- 1/2 tsp salt

- Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. rinse chicken

2. Trim off fat

3. Cut in half Crosswise

4. Cut open thick parts

5. Mix marinade

6. Coat chicken and let rest in fridge overnight

7. BBQ the chicken (Make sure not undercooked!!!)

Notes

Goes well with rice and grilled veggies.

Marinade day in advance
