◦300g Lemon Juice
Instructions
1. Combine, cream, buttermilk, and lemon juice in a cambro. Cover with cheesecloth.
2. Leave out at room temp for 24 hours or overnight.
3. Hang in cheesecoth with fine chinois to separate curd from whey.
