Honey Dijon Pork Chops

Ingrédients

4-6 pork chops

Mrs dash’s original seasoning

Garlic powder

Salt

Pepper

Honey

Some sort of broth

Dijon mustard

Sweet potatoes or regular mashed (for serving)

Some veggie, asparagus, green beans, etc. (for serving)

Instructions

Season pork chops on both sides with Mrs Dash’s, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Put a dash of oil in the bottom of a hot pan, cook your seasoned pork chops to temp (145°F medium rare to 165°F medium)

Meanwhile roast your veggie of choice and boil your potatoes for mashing.

When the pork is cooked, remove and set aside.

On the hot pan deglaze with your broth (1/4 cup maybe?), then add ~3Tbsp of Dijon mustard and ~2 Tbsp of honey. Stir and cook down until thicker.

Serve pork with honey and Dijon mixture over top, and your sides of potatoes and veggies. Enjoy!

Pork Medium-rare: 145°F

Pork Medium: 160°F
