Fool Proof Pretzels

Ingrédients

Pretzels

1 1/2 cups like warm water

2 1/4 tsp traditional dry active yeast

2 table spoons brown sugar

Whisk and Let sit for 5 mins

1/4 cup oil

1 tsp salt

4 cups all purpose flour

Into the stand mixer or knead by hand

4-5 mins

Grease the bowl

Cover and let dough rest for 1 hour

Divide into 6 dough balls (170 grams)

Can make smaller ones

Roll into log shapes

Fold into pretzel shapes

Pinch and sealed and secured together

In hot water add 1/4 cup baking soda/honey

Dip pretzels into hot water 30 seconds submerge then place

On a Cookie sheet lined with parchment

Brush with egg wash or

Brush with melted butter

Sprinkle salt on top or other seasonings

Instructions

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
