Block of super firm tofu
Instructions
Tear up one block of tofu into small bitesize chunks.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil, one tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of flour. Add any additional seasonings you want (consider the salt content).
Bake at 425 for 25 minutes. Flip tofu and bake for another 15.
Marvel at perfection. Bon appetit.

To add flavor on inside boil the tofu with something salty like a bouillon cube before baking
