Meringue Shell

3 egg whites room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Dash of salt
1 cup sugar
Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and a little sugar at one time. Beat until very stiff peaks form and sugar is dissolved. Put in a greased muffin tin. Shape with tablespoon and bake at 250° oven for one hour. Turn oven off and let dry.
