Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingrédients

60g (3 heaped tbsp) self-raising flour (or all purpose/ plain with 1/2 tsp baking powder)

50g (2 tbsp) Greek or soya yoghurt

1 tsp butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp sugar + pinch cinnamon

2 tbsp powdered icing sugar + water

Instructions

Mix flour and yoghurt together to form a smooth and dough ball. It should not be sticky. If it’s too dry add more liquid or too wet add more flour

Roll the dough out into a rectangular shape

Spread on butter and sprinkle over cinnamon sugar, roll up, slice into two and pop on baking parchment

Air fry on 180C for 10 minutes or oven bake for 20-30 minutes

Drizzle over icing sugar and enjoy straight away

Gluten free option - use gf self raising flour and 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
