Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta

Ingrédients

12 oz linguine

1 lb salmon fillet, cubed

1/4 cup butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Melt butter in a skillet and cook salmon cubes until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and lemon juice, simmering for 2–3 minutes.

Toss cooked pasta and salmon in the sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving
