2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
Dash Of salt
2 cups of milk scalded
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Dash Of nutmeg
Instructions
Beat eggs and add sugar and salt. Add scalded milk and vanilla. Pour into custard cups in a pan of hot water. Bake slow at 300° for 25 minutes. Test with a knife-when done custard will not stick to knife.
